With a vast range of over 150,000 products, Blain’s Farm and Fleet struggled with resource constraints and the challenge of keeping product pages up-to-date and optimised. The team was managing complex, diverse product data from countless suppliers across automotive, farm, home, and sporting supplies. With a strong competitor landscape raising customer expectations, Blain’s needed a solution that could elevate their PDPs and ensure customers found their products first.

The Approach
