Shoptalk Fall 2025 is a three-day retail industry event, taking place from Wednesday, September 17 to Friday, September 19, 2025, at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago. It’s set to be one of the biggest gatherings in the retail calendar, drawing over 3,500 senior leaders, executives, and solution providers to explore the future of retail and ecommerce.

With a strong focus on innovation, the Shoptalk Fall agenda covers themes such as AI in retail, product curation and innovation, customer experience, omnichannel strategy, and leadership through volatility. Attendees will gain insights from 130+ industry leaders, participate in hands-on workshops, and experience unique elements like Shopwalks: guided tours of some of the world’s most innovative retail spaces, including Wayfair’s stunning Chicago showroom.
